HELP! Memory stick trouble

So Ive tried 2 memory sticks now and both have had the same problem with getting stuck in the PSP and not being readable. Im thinkingmy PSP may be broke or something. Or Ive gotten 2 fake memory cards, but Ive read that those still can be read.

Try to read them with a card reader or another PSP. If they work then your PSP could be the problem. If they don't, then it's your memory sticks' fault.

No I bought one stick from Fry's electronics, another from Wal-Mart. I just returned my PSP and got a new one and now it works fine. Though I am having trouble putting stuff on the card. Trying to copy music via a USB cable and I keep getting an error saying windows cant find the path specified.

Have you formatted the memory stick yet? If so, then it might be a problem with your usb cable.
