i am banned from xbox live and i dont have an extra eeprom. can i make one or what....
can someone give me a step by step intructions on how to fix this and the eeprom.

You can probably find one for sale on XBox-scene for around $5. I'm not sure exactly how to install the new info but I think you use the Configmagic restore command. Whoever you get it from can probably tell you exactly how to.
