PSP downloading confusion

Hi there,

I?ve recently started downloading psp games to my computer and transferring them to my memory stick. Sometimes when I try to do this it says something like the volume size is to large insert correct disk. Does this mean that my memory stick is full? I run the files through winrar as I was getting mostly corrupt games, but I can?t seem to work out how to overcome this volume issue. I?m fairly new at this .I don?t know if I need to compress the files? And if so I don?t know how to do that. Can you please help me?

Did you get your memory stick off of eBay because they are well known for fake ones.
