Hmm... what values? In the mainmenu.map? I'll try again after I install my mod chip and do a screenshot walkthrough.

Mine's in F:\Games\Halo2\maps\mainmenu.map

If FlashFXP can't find it, try putting this into the URL bar of IE (I think FF might support this too):
ftp://xbox:xbox@<yourxboxip>

ex. Mine is ftp://xbox:xbox@192.168.1.15

The mainmenu.map is located on your Halo 2 disc. If you have put Halo 2 on your Xbox's harddrive then it should be in your Halo 2 folder located at E:\Games\Halo 2

Also if you can't get the values to work I can try and help you out one on one. I have Xbox Live if anybody needs help. PM me if needed.

Yes you need Halo 2 on your harddrive. Also I was at my dad's house and he doesn't have AIM on his computer, nor does he want it there. But that was for Christmas and I should be on AIM.

New Maps you need to resign.
Old maps you need to fix their encryption.

I'm having the same problem. All of the maps show up on the main menu but they will not load. Tried resigning and fixing the encryption but i still get a 'failed to load map' message.

Well I don't know if I have said this before but there are certain things in a map that causes them to become corrupt and even if resigned or the map's signature encrypted will still fail to load. When trying to find a 'Value' and 'Next Value?' and you use one that won't work, when you go to start the game, the countdown will go all the way to 1 and then it will look like it's going to load and then the mainmenu appears again. If that happens you have to mess around with the 'Value' and 'Next Value?' until you get working ones.

I'm trying to add the mappack maps and one modded map to the main menu. The modded map will start to countdown before failing, so I'm guessing that has to do with the values then? The mappack maps, and for some reason lockout now, fail automatically before I even start the countdown though.

Well I have told you the only three reasons that I know of, of why they won't load:

1. Maps are corrupted
2. Need some different values
3. You need to resign or fix the encryption of the maps

But you need to make sure when hex editing your map that you do it correctly and exactly like I do in the tutorial. That is also another reason that troubled me when I was first doing it.
