has anybody had any luck with metal gear solid:subsistence disc 2 (persistience) when playing online. I've burned almost 4-5 back-ups with both dnas provided by psxforum.com: XX XX 00 30 BC XX XX 01 30 BC. I made up the numbers/letters for the XX's. I always end up with the error code ((-103) software title not in service) after the dnas verification when im trying to play online. The back-up works fine.

Well I've been reading a bit and I it seems to me that the only way I could possibly play my Monster Hunter 2 backup(original disc is too damaged to work T_T) online is to change my Console ID since it's a Japanese game?

new to this thread. usually on coolsat 5000 forum. one quick question, is there a previous post here somewhere explaining step by step how to make a working backup? just point me to the right page and ill try not to ask too many stupid questions (like wats a dnas).

well Jhardy the first page explains the Dnas code issue. U are going to need Windip to patch the DNAS code in. So search for windip on the search bar. And the rest of the info u need is here in afterdawn: http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/15105
just dont post any mails.. u should know the rules.
I perfer using DVDecypter and for CD's nero burning rom, oh and Sony dvd+r disc if u have the slim version ps2.

Hi. I am looking for a way to play my burned copy of Madden NFL '08 online. I am aware that I will have to re-burn after patching the DNA$ code.
I can't find the code anywhere. I have found threads saying something about PAL, so I would need a PAL version of the game? I can do that (I think). Where can I get the code?
It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that rocket science isn't really all that complicated.

U can always try the universal code xx xx 01 30 af.
But my bro has said that he is having problems with the 08 EA games.

The universal code worked for me, I am online fine, and ok.
Thanks a bunch!
I don't know why your brother can't connect..
I made MDS/MDF with Alcohol of Madden 08.
Mounted, then remade as ISO.
Used WinDIP to insert code.
and worked fine!

can someone give me the code for dance dance revolution supernova 2 please? If the universal code xx xx 01 30 af works for all ps2 games, then can someone tell me so i can just use the universal code so you guys dont have to look for the specific code please?

1. The code is XX XX 00 30 F9 . So if you're screwing up with it, then this is th reason.
2. Someone should at least try to see if it works. I recommend buying at least 1 DVD-/+RW and using it for games you're unsure of.

Is that the supernova 2 id or the universal id? I heard that a universal id does not exist while i was skimming a few pages of this forum. is that true?
