80110305 - Load failed. The Memory Stick could not be accessed.

I get the error "Load failed. The Memory Stick could not be accessed" when trying to format memory stick with the PSP.

Try another PSP, that works for me when that happens.
If none are available, somehow flash to another firmware, that works also.
