Ive downloaded a psp game and when i extract it, it extracts a psp game file and a umd bin file. how to i put it on my psp. I have firmware 3.72 m33.2. Please help me

the file you downloaded is the file you need to use. you have actually extracted it one to many times. you put the iso. or cso. whatever it is into the iso file on your ms. then it should work. this is assumming you have formatted your ms after turning it into m33 so the folder iso exists.

or the file that you downloaded is the iso but has a rar symbol because you have winrar associated with isos

start winrar go to options,settings ,integration, untick the iso tab
check the first pic here

if that is not the problem then you will need umdgen to generate a iso

start umdgen ,drag and drop the PSP GAME folder and the UMD DATA.BIN file to where it says "no items to show" and then save as a iso or cso (compressed iso)
