Download it.
Extract files.
Take the MS_ROOT file and open it, paste all files in it in the Root of your PSP MS.
Turn off psp completley and turn on holding R-Trigger.
You're in recovery mode, go to Plugins and enable all that are there.
Go to your game and hold select for 6 seconds, a menu should pop up.

No no, not in your PSP, in the files you extracted there should be MS_ROOT.

Maybe you CWCHeat isn't updated cause in dl.qj.net or in psp-hacks.com they are sometimes outdated ...
Try google then type CWCheat Download...

I think I gave him the right one for 3.52 M33-4. But the thing is, he probably didn't install it right. What step are you stuck at.. or the menu just doesn't show up?

Make sure they are enabled again, otherwise keep restarting your psp and try holding the SELECT button longer because if you did what I said.. it'll work lmfao
