How do I get a decrypted sirc.prx?

I just installed irshell and i really want the infared remote feature, unfortunately im already on 3.71 m33 which doesn't have it, can somebody help me through the process with a step by step guide or maybe just give me a link to one? thx

i'm not sure if this is what you want but you can decrypt prx files with psar dumper
http://exophase.com/psp/firmware-371-decrypted-1958.htm

put the newpsardumper folder and the src folder in the GAME371 folder and put the eboot.pbp of the firmware you want to decrypt in the root of the memory stick ( you can decrypt 3.80 yet)

then run the application and choose the third option
"press square to decrypt all"

when it finish it will auto exit and then you will have the f0 folder in the root of the memory stick

Um...I have a question what does decrypted prx's for??
and thanks on how to get them cause I don't know that until now..
But still what are they for??

they are files included in sony official firmware every firmware update have new prx files they are used to add extra features like enabling screen captures or adding Flash support to the Web browser or for popsloader every new feature have new prx files ,the files are copyrighted by sony it's illegal to host them so you have to decrypted them

i decrypted the files from 3.10 and 3.11 to add the files to popsloader to increase the compatibility of ps1 games

SO when you put this decrypted prx games to popsloader it will increase it's compatibility??
