Any_Video_Converter is free like suggested above. Here is the link. IT IS A FREEWARE. Make sure you get the right download

You can also use Super , also a free converter. Super allows more options, like the output size and codecs used. http://www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html
Winavi works also, however, it is not free.
