Burning problem with ConvertXtoDVD

for some reason I cant edit my old thread so I'll just make a new one

So for some reason when it asks me to insert a DVD to let it burn the file it encoded it get this error right after i press burn

Write error at 0 (16) - Code 05 30 05 [Illegal request, Cannot write medium, Incompatible format]

This has happened to two of my avi so far

probably not, where would I be able to get a firmware for it

Download ImgBurn
Run ImgBurn, click 'Tools' > 'Drive'> 'Check for firmware updates'
