Problem Using DVD2VSCD

I recently download DVD2SVCD version 1.2.3 build 1

I went through these instructions as far as setting up the program to make sure my movie would come out right but when I go to the conversion tab and add the file an error message pops up stating

The MADPLAY.exe file does not exist!

C:/Program Files\DVD2SVCD\MADPLAY\madplay.exe

What should I do? Thanks In Advance
