why profile locked on pal version 360?

I have two consoles one is asian version and the other one is pal version, i was using asian version from 4 months but now i got pal version but when i plugged my hdd on pal version it shows two profile online and offline but when i put my hdd back on asian versiion then it shows only one offline profile, when i checked memory it shows online profile corrupted but when i put my hdd on pal version then it shows both online and offline profile.

i have saved 90 games on that online profile, can anyone tell me what's the reason of all this.
