hi,

can you use xbox one backups on a flashed 360?

how do you backup a normal xbox game?
how is it burnt and what do you use to burn it?

Yes you can. Back them up just like you do with 360 games. Just switch from "Xbox360" to "Xbox1" in the settings of what ever program you use to make backups.

you burn the iso just like any other DVD. you use DVD-R single layer. no need for layerbreak or anything like that.

Its actually very tricky and you are better off ripping your own with Kreon drive. if you do this you can then burn to dvd-R if your firmware is 5.3 or older. If u have 1.2 or newer firmware you have to burn to DL DVD+R. If you are dl your xbox1 backups, you may run into some trouble as you have to have all stealth to patch with mulleter and the xbe file can't be altered or you will get a bad burn.

Yes... if you want to run single layered discs, you need a 360 with a Samsung drive flashed with Xtreme 5.0 - 5.3. If you don't have that, then
