i have had my 360 for a while and haven't had any problems up untill now. when i play any disk or dvd, that i know and have checked that work, then it says on the menu disk unreadable. i know the disks work because i have played them on other consoles and have played them on my console untill now. when ever i put the disk into the 360 a loud churning noise happens and then it says disk unreadable.

can you help please. thank you. tom
