Help with Pandora UPMS My PSP is gonna rot forever!

HELP ANYONE.
I used this guide:

I did everything.
What i have:
A PSP Phat 3.71 M33-4

What i am gonna have tomorrow:
A PSP Slim

Anyway, i tried turning of my PSP
Turn it on with Pandora * MAgic memory stick
Hold L trigger,
Then both Memory red light
& wlan LIGHT FLASH ON.
For very long.
How long will it be?

What should i do now?
My memory stick could not be read & just formatted.
My BAttery is now pandora. (service mode)
