I recently added an extra hard drive, it is installed correctly, and has been formatted etc. When I goto create a movie with Ulead MovieFactory 2, it shows the available space as 6gb, which is my old hard drive, how do I change it to read the new one?

Maybe try uninstalling Ulead and then re-install it then it might read the Drive correctly...
