I have a Pandora's battery and I would like to use it to boot into XMB without converting it back to a normal one.

I have tried using Booster's Multi IPL and the sleep fix one as well but it didn't work.

Since I am using a separate Memory Stick for my games,is there a way to install an IPL that will boot Pandora into XMB?I don't need it to be a Multi one though.

I have also tried the PSP Normal Boot Loader for Pandora's Battery but I cannot get it working as well.

I followed the instructions to a T but they didn't work.I am on 3.71 M33 -4 and the memory stick I am trying to boot with is a 4gb lexar,if it changes anything.

Hope someone can help me.

use UPMS. youll find the thread here on AfterDawn.

after you start the installer, goto the step one selection, and choose all three of the IPL installers. once these are installed, you can automatically convert your battery to service mode (pandora) using step 2.

step three installs UPMS magic memory files onto your Stick. this does not affect your other files on the stick, thus resulting in quick upgrading and downgrading without the need of a computer.

make sure you read the readme for more detail. (like which eboots to attain, and where to sync them to.

hope this helps

Thank you for your reply.

I tried the method you mentioned,I still cannot get the Pandora's battery to boot into XMB without converting it back to a normal one.

I hope you have not misinterpreted my question as creating a set of MMS and Pandora's battery.I know I my question is phrased quite confusingly,my apologies.
