Hey guys I'm new to the board and have a weird problem when trying to burn any .bin and .cue. On my old computer I was able to burn anything with no problems, now I have a new DVD-rw and whenever i try to burn a bin and cue with any program ( I've tried Nero, Alcohol 120%, and Fireburner )the burning stops in the " Buffering Lead-in" sequence and in Fireburner i get an error " Illegal Request". Would anyone know what might be the cause of this problem and a possible solution? I've never had problems burning .bin and .cues on my old computer and now im stumped :(. Thanks for any replies!

1. You might consider using ASPI 4.60 (1021) as opposed to 4.71 B2, it seems to work better with people

2. Might there be a firmware update for your burner?

3. I vaguely recall reading about problems with one of the SOny model DVD burners, you might try hitting the sony website :-)
