I am trying to extract the audio from the U2 Live in Boston Elevation DVD. I've ripped the VOB's with Smartripper, but VOB2Audio gives me the following error message: "Ligos spliter seems to miss audio stream! Use the audiovob option in Smartripper or us vobtools to delete the first segment!

Question - where are the audiovob options in smartripper and what setting should I have?
