manually making iso's smaller..looking for tute

A few days ago i found a tute on how to manually go into an unpacked iso and clean out all the unnecessary stuff, demo's, updates and making dummy files etc..

but i can't find it anywhere now >_<
Anyone know of any tutes on this subject?

open the iso with umdgen ,click umd properties ,on the left lower side click optimize(this will remove excess padding,resize dummy data and dummy the update folder) then save as iso or cso

basically for example if your dummying the videos... you just take the smallest video you can find and use that file and rename it as the name of the file your replacing.

I don't know of any links off the top of my head but if you google you should be able to come up with something.
