ok i was trying to install a theme on my psp through the flash but i did it wrong and the recovery menu won't boot my freind is going to make me a pandora's battery and a magic memory stick but in the meantime is there anything that i can do to unbrick my psp

you need a pandora battery or upgrade ur firmwire

i can't upgrade my firmware it's bricked to the point to where the recovery menu won't boot

Pandora is the only option you have if the recovery menu dosen't work.

yeah thats what i tought so looks like i have to wait until i get a chance to go see my friend house to make the pandora and memory stick

i had the same problem with my psp trying to install a theme through flash0. and the thing is that i can't do anything to fix it now it is use less. so if the pandora doesn't work, your screwed like me. but now i just got a ps3, so im good now. good luck

If you learned to do it properly you wouldn't have a bricked PSP.

yes i know and i thought the worst that would happen would it would brick but the recovery would still be there but it wasent so i was being lazy uhhh.. what a mistake

I am having the same problem as you. Check out my thread. There may still be a way to fix your psp.

i used my pandora battery before and it worked, but now i screwed up my psp differently and the pandora wont fix it or anything else. only if i open up my psp and change the motherboard. but i would rather just buy a new psp.
