I have the duplicate channels problem and have seen several posts which say to move them to a different page. I have tried but cannot figure out how to do this. Can anyone help please?

It sounds like you have a semi-brick - you installed a different firmware than your system - ie a PAL firmware on a US Wii (or vice versa). Look up instructions for handling this problem instead of moving the channels.
