ok so i know i can get games but how do i get them i am new so how am i able like what do i need to allow these games on my psp?

DO you mean where do you get the games?

Try your favorite torrent site such as Mininova.org
To download the files, you will need a client such as uTorrent, or BitLord to handle them. As far as getting the games onto your psp, you need a decent sized memory stick,(2GB) and a USB cable to get them on there.
