On 3.71 M33-4 I can scroll through the icons but then it will freeze and I can't do anything so I have to turn it off and turn back on. But if I try it on 1.5 psp, every file is corrupt even game saves but I can run it fine on my 3.71 M33-4. Can anyone help me with this?

Try going into recovery mode (hold r down whilst booting psp up)go into advanced and format flash1 and reset settings.
