Everytime i run a disk through it goes to burn and says not enough space on the disk. I finally noticed it is not shrink the disk at all and is trying to burn like 7 gig files on the disk, so its obviously not going to work like that. I think i need to change a setting under quality but when i go to that tab everything is grayed out and wont let me make any changes. anyone have any idea. i used dvd shrink for years with no problem and now this??????

In the main screen Edit->Preferences->Prefences Tab set drop down box to Custom and type in 4300
