If your trying to link a URL to a word you can click on the world icon that has a chain link under it. So highlight the word you want the link to go to. Then press the world icon then past the link in the pop-up window.

If you want to do this manualy it would be [*url=http://www.test.com]TEST[*/url]

without the * in the code.
