I've been looking swap magic coder 3.8 for 11 months, but i still do not want to give up, so please someone upload swap magic coder 3.8 ISO, i would really appreciate it.

First of all, its illegal to ask for products for free, and second, you can't get it for free anyway. The SwapMagic intentionally has bad sectors, so if you burn it, the burn program will automatically fix it, rendering it useless. No matter how many times you burn it, the bad sectors will get corrected, which means that the disk won't work. Basically, the SwapMagic originals purposely are burned incorrectly so that others cannot just copy and burn.

sorry man. ok i got a swap magic 3.8 elf and works perfectly, but when i select the cheats and start the back up, the cheats wouldn't work; so finally i figured out something, that i need HELP!

if you want to use cheats, then here's the simple solution:

get a retail version of the game, and use the cheats. if it's an original import, then you have no choices left. only a modchip that allows cheats to be used is needed.
