Hi puttana76
Here's a couple of suggestions:
Recorder: <PIONEER DVD-RW DVR-110D>Version: 1.17
Update the firmware to the latest - 1.41
Nero API version: 7.0.8.2
Update Nero to the latest - 7.10.1.0
Sony discs are usually pretty good. Are these the only discs that are giving you trouble? Might want to try Taiyo Yuden, Verbatim or made in Japan Sony, Fuji or Maxell.
One part of the log is missing - it's 'existing drivers' at the end. Is anything listed under that?

Okay 2 more things:
Uninstall the drive in device manager - reboot and let Windows reinstall. Here's a guide for DMA but it will show you where to go and what to do to uninstall it - link.
The Pioneer is on the same ide cable as the hard drive so try putting the Pioneer on the secondary ide channel set as Master - switch the jumper pins on the back of the drive too to match the setting on the ide cable.

Hmmm I'm kinda at a loss right now.
Do you have another pc you can try this drive in? Preferably on the same ide channel as the hard drive (using the same config as your current set up).

Have you tried burning an ISO to your hard drive and then using Shrink or ImgBurn do the burning?
