psps latest firmware?

hey i havent been here every since my psp got bricked then stolen so i wanna know a few things.

one-whats the latest firmware?

two-should i get a SLIM or FAT psp?

three-whats the latest downgradable firmware and do i need a UMD like lumines?

four-if i get a SLIM psp will it be able to use ISOs from FAT psps, for instance if i wanna play initial D street stage, can i use the ISO?

five-anything bad about buying a SLIM psp?

latest official firmware 3.80
latest custom firmware 3.73m33-4 ,but custom firmware 3.80m33 it will be out soon

all firmwares and motherboards can be downgraded with pandora's battery
for the slim psp pandora's battery it's the only option
for fat psp with firmware 3.50 or lower you can use a downgrader ,with firmware 3.51 or higher you will need pandora's battery

in the slim you can play isos and csos fine just like in the fat psp

the only thing bad is that the slim psp does not support 1.5 kernel so some emulators and homebrew apps dont work ,but this dont affect psp games or psx games
