I have now tried dvdfabplatinum...dvdfabgold and dvdhddecrypter latest beta versions and still no joy...I am using the beta versions of these applications as recommended....at least there is no crash but it's now not reading the dvd so when I click to the main movie screen it is blank....works fine with shop dvd's just not the ones I recorded with my dvdrecorder....dvdfabplatinum 3 used to work fine...I reinstalled that and the same problem...I loved this program but it's giving me no joy at the moment......
I will take your advice and do a ccleaner and let you know...thanks for helping.
