iv got a samsung dl rewriter with kreon firmware and im using xbox 360 creator to backup my games,but wont read them any ideas please??

you have a samaung rewritable drive flashed with kreon firmware?
i didnt know there was such a thing, i would like to have one.
i dont realy have anything to help you but i would like to know where you bought that samsung dl burner flashed with kreon.
I have lost all and any respect i had for this site!

yes I bought it off an ebay shop brand new.. Ive e-mailed there web site today..And they think it may have been damaged in the post.but reads dvds....Try xbox modchipfitters also avaliable there.

i think i am safe to say you do not have a rewriter but a reader, it will read your games for backup but will not burn them.
I have lost all and any respect i had for this site!

Yep. If it's the Samsung/Kreon, then it's just a reader. You'll still need a burner.
And before anyone can offer any ideas, how about giving some info? No one can help if you don't tell us what's wrong and what steps you're using.

I put the game the samsung to .And bring the xbox360backup creator ,press red .And the start will not highlight

What is the model of your Samsung? It'll show all of your drives, but if it's not the right model, it won't work.
Also, XBC won't work with backups, only originals. Just in case you were trying to copy a backup.
