My psp's firmware is 3.40 oe-A but I'm not sure if to upgrade to 3.73 M33 or stay on that firmware.
What are the advantages of the M33 custom firmwares?

Do more research next time. This question gets asked alot!

M33 has tonnes of new features:

Pretty much every game works with the ISO loader in M33.
M33 has built in ISO ripper.
It's by the same dude that made 3.40 OE-A (DAX lol.. so no worries about it being bad quality)

Just upgrade it, you have nothing to lose and you can always downgrade if you don't like it.

I suggest downgrading to 1.50 then going up to 3.52 m33 then 3.52 m33-4 and from there up to 3.71 m33 then 3.71 m33-4.

Going from 3.40 oe-a CFW has had many bugs when going to M33 CFW

So you can downgrade your psp to 1.50 using this guide here

Then after you're on 1.50...then use this guide to get to the latest custom firmware like i said above.

I guess i just made this guide a topic of Mod And Firmware Discussion.

So if anyone would move it, that would be appreciated...(binkie)...hehe
