When you connect to XBLive, it checks the bios that the Xbox was booted from. If it's any bios but the original Microsoft bios you'll get banned.

can u boot up the burnt game then turn off the modchip before you go on XBLive

to dissable the hacked bios
xbox has to restart at leat on X-cuter chips

so theres no way to play a back up online
