Wii Backups won't play on Wii

I have a Japanese Wii Console. Recently I updated it to 1.9g to play mario galaxy. It immediately partial bricked my console where I could not access my Wii settings. I then put in the Wiikey config disk 1.3 and accidently turned the Wii off when it was in the middle of doing something. Now when I put in the the config disk in, it comes out with a error message. It does recognise all the firmware disk and I have already tried the recovery disk. Nothing work!!! and all the backups I have will not be recognised by the Wii. I think somehow the Wiikey got turned off or it is only partially working. Does anyone know how I can software or physically reset the Wii so that it will go back to its original setting. Thanks
