Main movie is buried - can't reauthor

I've noticed recently that for some movies the main movie does not show up in the reauthoring screen. It seems to be buried somewhere in "unreferenced material." The result of this is that you cannot isolate the main movie for backup, but must backup the entire disk, with resultant quality loss.
I have encountered this on "Apocalypto" and "The Queen."
Has anyone run into this problem? Any solutions?

I use Shrink with DVD43 as a decrytper and Nero OEM as the burning software. Normally works fine. In this case, I don't think it is a a decryption issue. It's an issue of the way the disk appears on the reauthoring screen.
Example: Apocalypto. After having Shrink analyze, I see that the compression ratio to do the whole disk is 59 percent - too low to shrink without quality loss. So I go to reauthor, where I would normally remove extraneous material or, if necessary, split to two disks. However, the main movie is nowhere to be found. The track that is listed as the main movie is actually the longest of the bonus features, a 25 minute documentary. The main movie seems to be buried in "unreferenced materials." I suspect that this is a new tactic to defeat reauthoring programs like Shrink.

here is what shrink looks like when you use it on automatic
the compression is normal at 64.7% to fit on dvd5.if you use the automatic mode untick the non english stuff for better compression.
if you want to use reauthor just for main movie i will find you a guide..

I know you can just compress the whole disk, but I don't normally do that if the compression is below around 80 percent - too much quality loss.
The point is that they are doing something to try to keep us from reauthoring. They are burying the main movie in this "unreferenced material" so that you cannot isolate it.
I am trying to figure out how to do a screen shot, but my Print Screen function doesn't seem to work for some reason. If I can figure it out, I will post a screen shot later. Thanks.

It's not a decription issue. It's the way they are setting up the disks.
Here is a screen shot of the analyzed "Apocalypto."
As you can see, the main movie is under "unreferenced material," not in the main movie folder.
Now we go to the re-authoring screen
The main movie listing shows the longest track other than the main movie, i.e. a 25-minute documentary.
Here is the rest of the reauthoring screen. As you can see, the main movie is nowhere to be found.
I suspect we will be seeing this trick on more releases, as I have seen it on two so far - Apocalypto and The Queen.

To me it looks like "title 26" is your main movie. Just drag "title 26" over to DVD structure and you got it.

Title 26 is just a short documentary, one of the bonus features - as you can see it is 25 minutes long. The main movie lasts around 2:10 and is not found on the reauthoring screen. It must be buried somewhere in the menu structure.
I really don't think this is a decryption issue, but as an experiment I will try a different decryptor and see if it makes a difference.

I guess I'll look at things more carefully next time. Sorry about that. If I find out anything, I'll let you know.
