3.52 M33-4 Not Running UMD's

I have no clue why this is happening. The game I'm trying to run is Ratchet and Clank: Size Matters. Are there any recovery menu options I should have in particular to run a UMD?

Do u have a UMD?
If u do, press "select" button on XMB.
M33 VSH menu should pop up> Scroll down to UMD Mode.
Press left a few times until u see the mode: Normal.
After that press "select again"
Launch the game & it should work.

If u don't have a UMD, & M33 VSH menu doesn't pop up.
Turn off ur PSP.
Hold R Trigger upon boot up.
U should enter recovery mode
Go Configuration> Scroll down to UMD mode.
Press X a few times till u see: Sony NP????.
Then exit recovery mode & launch the game.
