i've got fw 3.40 and i downloaded Easy instaler for Pandora.but i can't run this instaler on my PSP.it says that this game could not be started.why not and how do i make it run??

Is your FW 3.40 Official? If so you cannot run that app or other Homebrew apps until you have downgraded to Custom Firmware.
