problem on Booster's MS Multi IPL Loader

I was following the step for GUIDE: Universal Unbricker DC-3 + MS Multi IPL Loader.

I was on this step:
6) At this time press L trigger + X to install msipl.bin to the memory stick.The msipl will be installed and the PSP will exit to the XMB.

It quit to xmb. Now the cardread light "red" just flash. It cann't recognize the card. I go to connect USB. No card in the PSP drive. I tried to format via my psp. "There is no mem stick inserted". How can I get my card back to normal.
