Assigning mp3 files as ringtones

Hi!

I have Nokia 6070, and by default it does not allow me to assign imported mp3 files as ring tones which really sucks.


Does anyone konw if i flash it and take my phone to someone to put in some different OS in it, will it be able to assign mp3 files as ringtones, or that is just not possible.

The nokia 6070 says it fully supports mp3 ring tones right out of the box
