Can the Swap magic CD version really play ps2 dvds?? & were could i get it cheep and how much?

all you need to play "backups" on a slim is swap magic & the magic keys set (there's a guide here that shows you how to make your own set of magic keys), but you must use the swap magic discs, there are MANY places where you can order them from.
