Hey all, I just bought a slim silver PS2 so natually I want to mod it!

What's the easiest way to get backups up and running without cracking the case?

well i normaly use swap magic discs...i just put out a question about it but no one answered so i figured i'd help atleast one of us out. Swap magic u dont have to do too much cracking.

You still NEED to trick it into thinking that the lid is shut while you swap discs. You can use a ghost case and its ghost switch or figgure out another way of tricking it. You have to keep the pin down in the front of the disc area as well as keep the pad that is more in the rear of the disc area pressed in.

I use sticky tack in the pin and I puh teh pad back and stuff some more in the hole above it till it holds the pad back in place.
