problems w/ ripping illegal tender

upgraded to the latest version of DVDFab 4.0.3.0
pathfinder doesn't work can't read disc
w/out pathfinder keeps erroring out
retry doesnt work
ignore

got about 8.09% thru backup...
gonna try to exchange w/ another copy in the next few days

starting to think maybe i got a bad disc, please post any suggestions/successes in regards to this recent release. thanks
