please help - I think i messed up my xbox

Hi, today I decided to put XBMC on my xbox. while i was doing it, i was looking around in my xecuter x3 menu and i accidentily clicked debug bios mode: enable. now when i boot up my xbox, ihave no picture, and no sound, but i dont know weather there is sound because i turned off the start up animation. can anyone help? is my xbox perminantly messed up? I tried re-flashing it via http and i got the blue bios 3.0.3 screen and the re-flash was succesful, however, it still didnt solve my problem. If you could help that would be great, i also need help with getting XBMC on it, the other forums out there are confusing... look what happend. I've backed up games before, so im familliar with FTP, ISO, ans stuff like that.
