If I make a magic memory stick, can I return it to a normal memory stick by putting the original files on it?

Yes. I just reformatted mine and through a game on it and it worked fine.

can you walk me thru step by step on how to make a magic memory stick I have a fat psp with no cfw my fw is a 3.72 and I would like to downgrade it to 1.5 I have a pandora battery but can't format my memory stick please help.
