ok, so i've been holding out starting this thread, but alas, i'm interested in people's opinion. i currently have the standard Microsoft component cables that came with the 360. i just got the hd-dvd add-on, and it is hooked up to my 1080p plasma. i'm wondering if it's worth while to get the Monster component cable with the associated optical cable? anyone have an opinion?

THere may be a small difference that you most likley will not notice. Not worth the extra money.

monster cables are way to expensive for a slighter better picture yhat will be not noticed.

I hear professionals say there is NO difference between Monster cables and normal cheapies.

excellent. that's what i figured, but had to ask. i buy all my HDMIs from monoprice, and they work great. love them. i'll stick with the standard microsoft components. thanks!
