How do i backup a backup to my PC not to a disc, tried xbc and imageburn both get errors.

Also can i play an NTSC games on a Pal ixtreme console?

You cannot play NTSC games on a PAL console, the console is region locked even though the drive has been flashed.
To backup to your pc, use dvd decrypter, and rip to your hdd, if it comes up with read errors, then no program will be able to copy the game correctly, what error does imgburn give you?

I had used XBC to back up my backups. Instead of using the COMPLETE BACKUP you will choose the PARTITION in the READ section. Then I went to the WRITE tab and wrote it w/IMAGEBURN like usual.Hope this works for you.
