hi
i had psp firmware 3.73(sony's official. then i bought a pandora bttery but when i inserted it i had 4 options.
1-press x to install 3.71 m33
2- press o to install original 3.71
3- press [] to dump the nand
4- press l+r+start+home to restore nand dump phisically (dangerous)

1st question: why i don't have dowbgrade to 1.50?

2nd question:
after installing 3.71 m33-2 i couldn't play any iso or cso games.
i tried putting games in GAME150 folder, i tried putting them in GAME folder but it said curropted data.
what i need to do to play the downloaded games?

you dont have to downgrade to 1.5 anymore because the pandoras battery is a more updated system. to play iso's and cso's make a folder called ISO on the root of your memory stick and put your iso's and cso's in there

Yes you can install homebrew.

All games should work with this firmware (including ISO's) unless it's stated elsewhere.

And I'm sure the family guy game will work as long as you have a big enough memory stick. Enjoy Homebrew. =]

which one should i choose? and where should i cpy it and how should i install it?

As for the ISO. Might have been a bad one.

And pick the 1.50 folder and copy the files in it to your Game150 folder. There's probably a folder with a name inside that 1.50 folder and a folder with it with a % sign (ex. homebrew and homebrew%) Hope this helps. =]

I guess so. I would think it would be for CFW 3.60M33 on the PSP Slim.

ok

1- but when i tried putting it in GAME150 it says could not be started (800201)
why?

2- is it better upgrade to 3.71m33-4 or don't upgrade?

3- i bouth mine from north america so i think it means it is slim and not fat so i can't istall a 1.50addon version 2(dark alex)
does this mean i can't run any homebrew?

there is no 1.50 kernel so u cant start or play any homebrew emulator game and 3.71 m33-4 is the best firmware so better upgrade it to that firmware.

custom firmware and firmware 1.50 plays home brew. For custome firmware you need the 1.50 kernel patch that you can get from dark alex's site to play homebrew that is compatible with 1.50. That homebrew type is the kind that are in two folders the one with % and the one without %. This is only for fat psp. The slim cannot run 1.50 kernel.
