I recently bought an orginal XBOX at an EB Games in Canada for 40$......my question is, Is 40$ a good price? If so do you know any places around the GTA that is cheap for modchipping XBOX? There is only one source i know of and will cost me 100$ to get the install and the chip. If you could give me your opinion and place to get it chipped it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

PSP-3.80 m33-5
Ps2-Duo3 Modchip, 15 GB hDD (needs to be bigger)
PC-80 GB hDD, LG DVD RW+R-R Writer, and a few more bells and whistles.

why do you want to hardmod (chip) your xbox?

softmodding is the way forward and if you do some research you should be able to do it yourself.

i would like to softmod but i have some problems with that,

A.) I don't have/can't find an Action Replay Max
B.) Don't have a memory card
C.) Don't have an extra controller to make my own usb/controller thing

Find Action Replay Max. It comes with a memory card. Soft modding is alot cheaper than $100 and you can do it for free you can borrow the supplies from some one.

you don't need to make usb cable extension, you can just use your controller and a xbox memory stick. AR is available in many softmode packages.... if you know where to get it :-)
