I created a profile on my xbox before i connected to xbox live. The profile on my xbox has some achivements and i am not able to use the same name on xbox live since it has been taken so on the xbox live profile i have lost all my achivements. Is there a way to sync so that all my achievements on my offline profile go onto my xbox live profile? If not, is it possible to play with the xbox live profile offline?

ya you can use your xbox live profile offline. if the ethernet is connected then it will automatically sign in. if no connection is present then it will just sign in without connecting to live.
